$GIFX HD VIDEO NEW $12 MILLION HEADQUARTERS...

PROFESSIONALLY MADE NEW VIDEO BY GIFX....top quality HD....what OTC play even has a large building...let alone one that they BUILT AND OWN...and had the cash to get it built in approx 3 short months...

GIFX bought a former Nissan dealership w/ land for $2.9 MILLION euros and converted it to a $12 million euro state-of-the-art world class 4-story new company headquarters....about 90% of the OTC are literally mail-drops and "virtual offices" or at best little "suites" rented in strip mals and stuff....this GIFX facility is just amazing...

The gentleman doing most of the speaking - he's the company spokes person and a Sr Manager who also appears often on their newspaper/publishing business division Youtube channel webcasts for their newspaper they own and operate....

LOTS of interior shots showing the insides of their new headquarters and it's a real...real nice looking place...I worked in high tech for many years and we'd of died to have a facility and digs as clean and modern as that LOL.... and looks like GIFX has LOTS OF EMPLOYEES in this video too.....looks to me like GIFX is truly a decent sized company and business....

AND they're running a central computer server as one can see only desktop client/server style computers (even in the large conference room training type events they filmed- even the laptops can be seen plugged in to ethernet...meaning they're on the company's central servers).

Running a central server based company computer structure is what "BIG BOY" companies do....you need an IT/Computer room and the entire building has to be wired for ethernet or fiber and they have to hire a IT computer support person, etc. It's top notch and how larger corporations are operated...

The corporate attorney and company officer as primary Corp secretary Hulya Somnez (female, black pants suit, 20:03 mark she's in her office) she is in NUMEROUS parts of the video as are CEO Iilksen Yesilada and President Yusaf Kisa.....the company attorney lady is shown doing what appears to be corporate training and key presentations, etc.

I did some translating of the speaking on the video-

It's clear they're discussing their involvement in international finance and things like their loan brokering business which is their single largest business unit and also a FOREX trading business and then one sees the jet ski beach stuff and they're describing that they have a Cyprus tourism and travel booking operation phone center of some sort and also do real estate development and then also commodities import and export like food products and things...truly a conglomerate business....WOW....

GIFX IS REAL FOLKS....and THEY'RE A FEW SEC FILINGS AWAY FROM COMPLETING THIS REVERSE MERGER and being a U.S. PUBLIC TRADED COMPANY..they go out of their way in EVERY KEY SHOT IN THAT VIDEO...TO PROMINENTLY DISPLAY THE AMERICAN FLAG along side their Northern Cyprus TRNC flag and their Corporate logo flag....NICE....very NICE........
