Jelly, i dont think you understand that part of the world then. No, hemp farming will not recieve funding from the farm bill. But, if the market is saturated with hemp then it is not worth the cost of growing it. Thus, they switch back to regular farming and there screwed. Because, the farm bill will subsidizes any loses on certain types of food.
