.....hard to predict what will happen.................the IRS rarely takes such situations to court, the IRS simply puts the deficiency on HOLD while whomever owes it moves on..............because the IRS knows the perp had to come back to IRS daddy, someday, regardless for other un-related IRS business.........
......FDIC can stall, too...............but then no ITR precedent........for as long as its stalled and the the A/CT/10 could be asked to vacate it's ruling on the technicality..............
