Hey Xylan,

I was doing some DD on a particular address in NV that led to a residence of Wanda Witoslawski. I see she has been involved with the financials of 3 rail companies. She seems tied to Wayne Bailey who is also of some maybe questionable businesses.

Is the history of this dynamic duo having businesses paid from the backs of shareholders?
