But it doesn't. How do you explain the fact that they have been issuing stock for a premium at $0.55 throughout 2018?

I don't know any other company which is able to do that.

You should be targeting 1,000's of other companies that are issuing stock for significant discount, not SIAF. You are wasting your time here completely.
