I agree. The range seems on the surface to be organic but its odd that this company is not trading higher. I suspect that some of this is due to the company intentionally not putting news out for so long. The recent stuff while substantial is being downplayed. Also, the intentional exemption used to clear debt probably served several purposes to the benefit of a long term strategy if that strategy included an actually a merger of some sort; increase float and O/S (market liquidity), decrease pps (to make acquisition more attractive) and clear debt from books (clear way for bottom line revs). That explains the majority of it but still there is something I think I am missing.
