I agree, TravO. Fins are done, but not being released yet IMO. If fins weren't done, and they were still waiting on RRBB to complete them, how would Mark have any confidence to stick with his "end of Fall" estimate for filing?

I think they could file right now, but are trusting in RRBB’s guidance for financials release.
For what ever reason they are being asked to wait.
