John The sector has taken a hit but it was a bubble - Recent Reports about APHA and the LHS and SOL connections are very damning and have hurt everyone. I am very skeptical that this supposed rebuttal coming from APHA will satisfy the market and regulators. Even if the LATAM deals are fairly valued which is highly unlikely the manner is which they occured may very well be fraud
