Why do you think the price is so cheap right now? Common sense. Now is the time to buy. Once they come current with the OTC markets you wont get these crazy cheap prices ever again. The float is too small. Scared money makes no money. You have to buy when there is fear. When people don't understand how these tickers work there is always fear. No worries it's just a matter of time.

No one is going to keep spending money catching up 12 fillings so far the past year. Spending there own money to do so if they had no intentions of doing something with this shell. Remember this ticker had no fillings done for many years before that because it was abandoned in 2002 by the CEO and all it's board members. Last year a new CEO, Treasurer & Secretary were appointed + they hired a new accountant and started filling again. Who is going to do all this for nothing. The last filling they did was done just a few weeks ago. Something is in the works here and everyone who understands that right now is going to bank big if they build a nice little position for themselves before we get our first update.
