It invests between $10 million to $100 million in companies having revenue between $10 million and $250 million and minimum EBITDA of $5 million.

On Wall Street, that is not a big deal. And he has a firm called "Blackhawk"? Does he want people to mistake it for Blackstone? That's my guess. Blackstone has at least $500 BILLION under management.

And then he got dinged for running a prime bank scam. That is just embarrassing.
