I'm still holding my 3500 shares, at a bit under 10 buck CB...but I'm pissed off.

I, also, didn't pull the trigger and add at the sweet dip..I swore that I wouldn't increase my position, no matter how enticing the SP was.

...and at sub 4 bucks, it sure as Hell was, and still is, at sub 6!!

I try not to average down anymore, but have had nice success averaging up...and I look forward to, being able to do just that, in the not too distant future!

So why am I PO'd?

He said that rebuttal will likely be released Wednesday.

That's, today!!

He needed to do, just that...and he's only got a little over 3 hours to get that rebuttal, out.

Obviously, he was blowing smoke...and at this crucial stage of the game, truth, transparency, and ethics are of paramount importance.

I happen to believe $APHA$ will be vindicated, and I anxiously await the "special independent committee's" findings and report... HOPEFULLY, SOON!
