I'm not asking as someone who believes this ticket will generate value..I think you know that.

My question was more to the point that FINRA is only supposed to allow RS and other such actions in the interests of shareholders.

It's fairly clear that this company does not have shareholders interests in mind...at least in my opinion. Looking back at the last RS and the price action, and PR stream combined with the results thereof, and I believe it's pretty obvious what this company is about. Has nothing to do with fiduciary duty, I can tell you that.

DTC and SwingingRichard should see this crapshow...
