Actually special dividends is a waste of money. As are share buybacks. A 4c quarterly dividend and some ODRAS contracts should get us to $2.

Let's see how the TRW trade division is doing. This is important for a number of reasons. Not just cash flow and debt repayment. But it will also impact their ability to sell TRW stock and even get more loans. Solomon is not stupid. He knew what he was doing when he decided to finance TRW a year ago.
