Here's a plausible theory.

Suppose they were awarded retail licenses for Vegas....but want to wait until the shareholder meeting to disclose it...to have some good news for the meeting.

Seems not only plausible...but maybe even preferential.

I'm going to hold out my hope for dispensary licenses until after the meeting. We have seen zero proof that we DIDNT get the licenses.
