I do too, kk. It didn't sound like a handout... more like a removal of some risk and encouragement for new enterprises.

Of course many government programs start out sounding that way but turn out opposite. Still, Trump's business background makes me think it's better than the boondoggles of the past.

Once again, we shall see.
