how important is the Darma vote. i mean really. Does it change things for the better. How so.

As I understand it this next vote is supposedly to verify that everyone involved passed their criminal background checks. I don't see any reason why approval would be denied based on that. IMO that may be a big part of today's relatively positive activity.

However, there was/is apparently an issue over the fact that Dharma's application stated the operation would be located in the old Bristol Mall. The committee review those plans as part of their initial approval. However, unbeknownst to the selection committee, the mall owners were/are also pursuing a plan to convert that very location into a casino. So how that issue is resolved remains to be seen. Will the committee feel they were deceived? Will any or all of the 40+ other applicants could potentially mount a legal challenge by claiming the winner enjoyed unfair favoritism and to change their terms which cost them their $10k application fees? Who knows.

IMO if Dharma gets approved for the next phase then they would represent a potential client for any products Cann10 might have to sell. I have no way of knowing if there's an agreement or contract guaranteeing that will ever happen or not. But if it does --and if the Cann10-Israel/ Cann10-NA remains as it currently is-- BLDV ought to be entitled to 25% of any "profits" (after expenses) generated by the deal. In any case, any such profits appear to be well over a year away as Dharma still has a long way to go.

However, as I've said before, if Cann10 has products it can currently sell in north America (US, Canada & Mexico) then why isn't Alper selling them left and right? What's stopping him? Is Quality Green a client of Alper's north American franchise? If the Cann10 products are so superior and so profitable then what's the hold up? Is Cann10-Austrailia rolling in dough? Any other Cann10 franchises? If there's evidence proving it I'm sure everyone would be happy to see it.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
