If you read the details of this PR, it literally says nothing. Just another Pump attempt.

Its the equivalent of an LOI (letter of intent). We plan on this...but.....cant say for sure...maybe we will do this...depends on 4 others thing.......

Until something of substance is release (results, batch, real financing) this is just another pump attempt, as others have said, to keep it from. 0001.
