Just had a 15-minute phone conversation with Scott Eckstein, VP, Market Intelligence, KCSA Strategic Communications - Ezra's PR firm.

Scott said there are talks and plans to up-list to a major exchange. They've already contacted one of the major exchanges.

Plans and discussions are taking place to post PR's in the main stream news media outlets like Access Wire and one other to increase exposure. Expect to see PR's in the main stream news media when PR's are posted.

Scott Eckstein has experience working with REIT's.

Scott talks directly with Ezra a couple times each week.

No clarification on restricted shares in the acquisition deals, but Scott says most likely at least a year.

As far as dilution and how much, he will get back to me about that information.

Audits are taking place. Could be several months before complete.

They are doing everything properly.

Ezra has a six-month contract with KCSA to start - and will most likely continue working together beyond six months.

Scott has 20 years experience with marketing.

We all know this is a patience hold and we all know where this can go and how quickly the PPS can move.

Would not want to be chasing this once it runs like crazy. Today was just a teaser to show you how quickly the PPS will move north when news gets out.
