FYI,tenants sharing the same facility for extraction, packaging, manufacturing, trimming, delivery and waste management of medical marijuana during controlled time periods,does not meet regulatory requirements.

In other words, cultivation tenants’ product and staff may not commingle in a licensed processing room, where only designated dispensary agents may enter.

Sharing rooms with cultivation tenants does not comply with regulations for quality control and theft or loss prevention.

Ergo, Timbo is gonna have do this himself on a large scale, hence the change of business model recently. Hence, he is not going to have the lease agreements from other tenants to use as collateral, hence he is going to have to raise mega dollars thru stock issuance or debt, hence fuggedabout it.
