Looks like their plans were only a plan, Mo needs to continue staying silent until he has something factual to say from here on out. Anything other than a factual event going forward will be considered a non-event. I still believe his PR's this year were timed to help his insiders sell at the highest possible price, time will tell if I am right or wrong. Obviously I hope I am wrong and they do put out the new can for sale soon, but the share price dictates otherwise.
