The people who presumably have been trying to persuade Solomon to pay the cash dividend (Nisse and Dan) are no longer on the Board of directors

I would guess that Garret is pushing hard as well, but I don't agree that it is unlikely that it will be paid during the next few months if it isn't paid now (if I understood your argument correct) since withdrawing the cash dividend policy will be suicide (massive lawsuits, delisting from Merkur and possibly also OTC).
