1)Quarterly updates of O/S are made officially to OTC. That's when Jason publishes them; as part of Qtrly fin. statements. That's NOT gagged, that is the CEO's prerogative as to filing of financial statement disclosures.
2) Blue Citi loan was used to either fund operations and/or acquisitions; both very legitimate use of company funds. (Unless you're willing to prove otherwise).
3) N8 and Araloc both have revenues and it's been verified by those CEOs to LDSR. Other revenue is not known yet. So to say it nothing without a Q4 financial statement yet, is just, probably, very bad guessing.
