Some posters keep bringing up the subject of a gagged TA.

I suggest they answer the following (if they want some relevancy to their statement):

1) Prove that they are gagged by LDSR
2) Show us a time when outstanding shares were issued that were NOT for an acquisition
3) Show me an acquisition that has NOT added revenue to LDSR

If the share structure were to change in the near future, and I expect it will, IMO it will most certainly follow Jason's consistent acquisition pattern; only ACCRETIVE acquisitions. Using shares to buy other companies that add revenue is NOT a bed idea to reasonable shareholders.
