GR_NE huh wonder if ARCA is short 10k shares. little tap at .30s caused him to immediately bid .11s over NITE. Dont see that too often. Not sure who uses ARCA a MM most likely bc retail doesnt move immediately like that.imo

Spoke with CEO. seems up and up about RM. Says lawyers are working on fins and they keep telling him this week etc. So got to be any day now I would hope. ALready overdue by a month or two. or three.... How long could it possibly take them to complete a few fins....


Could get some bid shares and maybe this can actually start trading good amounts .30s to .50s. Im thinking at least .40s if no dilution at first with OS so low. They could run this up to wherever they wanted basically. Seems really thin.
