the recently released 10-q tells the whole story here fdbl through 9 months only about $310,000[financing] has been raised barely enough to even cover the salaries.therefore without fdbl receiving more money i doubt they can even release their new app.i have no clue regarding when the trading of fan pass will happen since they will need x amount of money to begin the process.do they even have the money to begin the beta testing of fan pass?what a mess!imo
