I have the texts, he was doing a temper tantrum threatening TAUG that if they did not consent to his terms and merge with DECN he would resign. And he did. Bozo Berman still tried to merge even after he resigned.

More untruths from the TAUG failed paid consultant. DECN CEO Berman resigned from the TAUG BOD on June 17, 2016. DECN put out a news release on July 1, 2016 that went into more detail about the resignation. TAUG's failed paid consultant never got past that news release and for the last 30 months has acted like a tantrum ridden 2-year old child, accusing Mr. Berman for false crimes against humanity among a myriad of other things.
