It looks like a bonified reverse merger as the "Super 8K" that was submitted later afternoon yesterday. The shell was taken over for 3.3 million dollars, incredible share structure, market cap was just measly 600,000 dollars as of last night, it should at least get to that 3 million dollars for starters.
