Randall Goulding is the Attorney of Richard Goulding and Rushnet Inc. His name is on the SOS documents.

In 1992, Randall Goulding was convicted of conspiracy to defraud the United States, mail fraud, and illegal transportation of currency in connection with a tax evasion and money laundering scheme. He served six months in prison, received five years of probation, and was
suspended from the practice of law for four year.


I know this is old information but I believe that everyone should know all the facts. I want RSHN to be as successful as everyone else. I have 5Mil shares and I'm currently in the hole. Would you want to be taking legal advice from Randall Goulding? Would you let him represent your company with a background like that? It's is definitely possible that the Goulding's are crooks. Now how is this not on point?
