Probably someone Mary's Medicinal who thought BIEI was going to be a threat? (Boy, were they wrong.)
Or, like them that is a private company, looking to go public.
Or may even somebody like UTEP, that saw how he was COMPLETELY screwing up a good thing, and just wanted to get their work pay off.
(I'll bet they wish they had tried harder.)
