Thank you as well Titan. It would seem that I am getting 2 distinctly different answers, so I now throw it out there to the board, to see if we can come up with a consensus. My question is this:
If this or any stock has a NSS position on it, would it show up on the Transfer Agents's O/S count or would it be hidden, and therefore only show on a NOBO and OBO list?

It would seem to me that if the O/S is increasing and the company is not dilluting then the company would know right of the bat that there is a short or Naked short position against it, and wouldn't need a NOBO and OBO list in order to determine the depth of the short. Therefore a NSS position should not increase the O/S, only dillution would.
