One would think about the capabilities of technology and computer programs in 1993 and beyond compared to todays? Easy to say that technology hadn't gotten to a point yet to make all of this capable. Also, whats stopping a TOP US ENERGY COMPANY AS YOU LIKE TO SAY, from buying up the proprietary tech and shelving it? You know how many technological and scientific advancements have been shelved for $$? A LOT.
