We have 148.49 million shares outstanding. If, over the next 6 months, we pay out $750,000 to Ziv, that'll cost us about 4.3 million shares at .175 per. Folks, that's only a 2.9% difference. Today closed at .1484. A 2.9% difference would mean .1440. It's less than half a penny. Am I missing something?
