creede ,I sure hope they stop. I know the company could of raised at least a million dollars from private investors. Many small companies do PPm's to private investors in exchange for restricted shares where the shares would be restricted for 1 or 2 years. It's discouraging to see these new shares hit the street and dilute the share price. We can only hope their done.
