first of all dude, the company has explicitly been saying 170,000kgs, not 195,000.

the 195,000 figure that i've seen you guys talking about reflects an estimated total once/if that deal closes to get the extra 25,000

no company is going to state they have a 195,000kg capacity if there are still deals pending to get them there.

we have everything funded and in place to get to 170,000... thus that is what they have been stating and showing in their releases and investor page on the website.

hamilton is not "on hold", they are still working on that site daily as they have the permit for foundation and other pieces. It is being review by LPAT and the outlook for a favorable result is highly likely given the planning/zoning committee were giving TGOD approval and guidance the whole time. you should watch the council meeting video that is archived online and you will hear all about it. even the council members know they are going to lose when LPAT overturns their ruling..

The spinco shares situation.. yeah it is not awesome that we wont get the shares/warrants but we still get what will essentially be a cash dividend (which you can use to buy more TGODF if you are so inclined to do so)
