Theres nothing here. I think jail is a possibility here for Mr Rutherford. The CEO claimed in a public news release, that the security company his company purchased , has existing revenue generating clients. These clients are supposedly maritime port, mall and commercial building owners.If this is false, it amounts to misleading investors .I am putting together a list of stuff to send to the SEC. Usually I don't thus, however its personal for me this time. I have never seen a company mock their investors like this.
