Madison Stock Transfer already participates in the OTC Markets Verified Shares Program, LDSR just chooses to gag them. This was from one of my previous posts:

I just emailed the TA about the verified transfer agent program. This was their response:

"We have been approved as of October 2018 and are currently a verified transfer agent for OTC Markets. All OTCQX and QB issues are required to report through the verified program beginning in January of 2019. All other issuers have the discretion to report either directly with OTC Markets or through the verified program. Currently Landstar Inc has chosen to continue to report directly with OTC Markets."
