there are a lot of people that are hopeless romantics when it comes to this guy and his rancid prawn farm collection of dirt pond is with no production no commercial customers no revenue no assets no cash flow and yet there are people on the board who will continue to say that a dividend is imminent because the last 3 auditors that had to quit the last 3C opposed had to quit the board of directors that doesn't exist of the CEO CFO CIO CTO and COO that are all the same person that gets paid only in stock would be enough evidence plus the circumstantial evidence that they can't find a decent auditor can't hire a CFO and even the spinoff they're trying to execute isn't going to happen because they've got so much toxic convertible debt outstanding in the hands of people who are continuously converting and selling the truth is ugly the truth is horrible and most people can't handle the truth
