Remember that recent USGS finding "The U.S. Geological Survey says a deposit in West Texas is the largest continuous oil and gas deposit ever discovered in the United States."

Those ranches that NGL just purchased (McCloy and Beckham) happen to be inside of that basin and in particular those camps (Wolfcamp and Bone Spring). They purchased those ranches a couple months before that monster discovery. As it was pointed out - They don't have mineral rights but I would assume this still benefits them quite a bit. This is mostly inside Lea County, NM with the vast majority of the discovery being low to mid vertical depths. Any input on this from any of you would be appreciated.
