I was almost laughing when a fellow ihub member sent me a screenshot of the OTC screen showing that Outstanding shares is below 100,000, 000 as of sometime in November. We are in Dec now.Mr Rutherford has released the spigot.Hes desperate now. Any news this week will be the same garbage
