. The Surge leadership team has been working diligently on executing the definitive contracts related to the Pastime MOU commit to achieve 40k convenient store locations in 2019.

This MOU included several relationships and segments - all of which have been progressing.

Several aspects of the original deal have changed and improved the Surge position compared to the original intent of the MOU. A contract for approximately 34,000 of these stores is estimated in the next five business days. Roll-out should begin in January and ramp up significantly in month three.
