They didn’t give away 900ml shares....they had the TA reserve up to that amount per the agreement....if the 3a10 holder holds more than 5% of the OS, they’d have to file an sc13g...so...they are probably just converting maybe 20ml at a time tops...it takes several weeks between conversions as they have to have to update the balance w the courts each time....clearly there are some left to sell right now....but...that should end soon enough....then there shouldn’t be another conversion until next year....
