It’s too much of a gamble from the outside looking in
I only have confidence in hemp legalization because I’ve been following it’s progress and it’s supporters throughout 2018

Most of the country is unwilling to place a bet in favor of congress which is smart 99% of the time.

I certainly don’t blame anyone for waiting until the deal is done.

Not my style though.
