Trust???? What does that have to do with this....simple, JF should trust no shareholder....he isn't obligated to do so, a shareholder should not have that kind of relationship with the business unless of course they are providing a major stake in the company and it is by contractual agreement...but JF is obligated to treat his shareholders with respect and to do everything in his power to show a positive return on any shareholders investment....

The one thing JF did correctly was to boot that "investment group" with its self-appointed leader out of the scenario....no shareholder has a right to inject themselves into business deals of GZFX!
