If this wasn't a scam/share selling for profits/book cooking company don't you think they would buy their own shares? Wouldn't insiders and employees be buying also? Doesn't seem remotely close. Buying up shares, paying the debts, and publishing an audit would make Paul and esteban far more money if company and books were legit. They are quite obviously not legit.
