Thanks to all your responses. I've been doing some DD on and off since last week, and this merger is really exciting. Then I saw an interview with Hadley Ford. To hear him talk...he sounds like he is on top of his game! I will surely be doing some homework on this, thanks! My only concern is that they maybe so spread out and in so many things that the outcome synergies may be weak in the end. As far as ORHOF, they are so concentrated on CA that their strength in the long run will be a powerful one. Of course, one can be in both, and not just one.
