O./I./L still held hostage by stock mrkt, can't stand on its own two feet yet.....stock mrkt starts dropping and O./I./L starts following immediately, maybe later this week they can start decoupling?????

Been my main question for 6 months now....if 2450/2100 were to happen in 2019, how can $80's O./I./L happen by summer??? Still think both of those come true at some point, but they need to go opposite ways sometime soon?????
