Uhhhhhhhhhh no. It's been a little over a year since they applied, and releasing financials isn't a hurdle. It's a standard. 2018 isn't over yet. It would be sensible to release a Form 10 with 2 years of financials rather than two separate filings. GIFX would then provide a 2017 audit and a 2018 audit, which explains why they're gonna let December expire and file in early 2019.
