I have asked many times on this site why the financials aren't audited? You give a viable explanation.

I agree we do need audited financials.

The share price spiked to .20 when Marijuana became legal in California. The average moved down to more like .12, so a bit of over-the top annalist.

Is the 50m an accurate number? Just a hypo?

My understanding was Grassco owns a much bigger stake in this company?? Maybe RF has the number in total?
