......still some cruds with cred (me) who BELIEVE and pray that there is $125mm+ in the uwbi BK REGISTRY.................and that FC has the option to replace the cash apportioned for the uwbi shareholders with FC stock or other considerations..........................

......and the FDIC has opined on a few issues.........DTA values, profile of the DTA purchaser......................and Guy also made some statements that rebuke the $75mm lock.............he denies it........although he also said DEBTOR is not suffering by the delays in the final distribution.................

.....SO THE MYSTERY continues...............and the odds of a WIPE-OUT are still quite high, imo......................

......FDIC and uwbi BK TRUSTEE and his legal lapdog, and frankie/venable LLP know WTF is happenin'...............................mofo just won't end.......................
