Its only about .01 off its 52 week low... and the price has averaged .01+ for most of the year

It might be overpriced based on fundamentals, i dont know, but its not that overpriced based on technicals...

... then add the possibility of seeing an even bigger boost from legalization attracting $$$ into the sector.

Ive traded this run a couple times already, so my risk is reduced... but I dont think theres a top yet. These technicals + $$$ volume is very bullish.
